Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 4.x • Cannot login to Joomla backend

I have upgraded my Joomla site to Joomla 4.4.9. When I enable dugub mode I get logged out from the Joomla backend and now I cannot login, when I try to login the page just refresh but nothing happen.
I read Joomla forum and tried some tricks explain there but nothing worked for me.
Can anyone please guide me what is the issue.
