General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • Re: Session errors logging in after clone of existing site

I'm reaching out to GoDaddy tech support to see if this could be hosting environmental issue since I don't get any output from Joomla debugging. I searched Joomla files and don't see the session expired error message specified anywhere (doesn't prove anything about where the error comes from, thought it might lead me to the right code if it is in Joomla). I'll post back here if I get any help at GoDaddy.
