General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Re: J 5.1.1 Front End Template Settings shows language CONSTANTS

Soon as debug is enabled, every screen is filled with code I can't quite understand how to utilize these functions.

When in the Administrator, with debug enabled, it is not particularly showing what language is being used.

The screens are insurmountably loaded with asterisks or question marks. Sorry. I am a newbie even with 15 years experience since J 1.5 days.
